As a Keap Certified Partner, I have extensive hands-on experience setting up and customizing Keap accounts for small businesses. I’ve worked with Keap since 2015 and have helped many clients get up and running with the platform.

Keap provides a complete CRM and marketing automation solution to help small businesses get organized, automate repetitive tasks, and nurture relationships with prospects and customers. It can help you centralize contacts, email marketing, lead management, customer lifecycle campaigns, ecommerce, and more to grow your business.

The setup process is customized for each client based on your business goals and needs. We’ll work together to configure settings, create campaigns, integrate your contacts, and build automated workflows to handle lead management, customer lifecycles, and sales funnels. I’ll provide training and/or ongoing support to ensure you get the most value from Keap.

The initial setup time varies depending on the needs and complexities of your business. This includes configuring the software, migrating contacts, setting up email and automation, and launching your first campaigns. Ongoing optimization and new campaign creation happens over the first few months as well. I’m with you every step of the way.

Depending on the service you choose and what we discuss on our call, I provide email support and check-in calls to address any questions you have. I can also log into your account to help troubleshoot issues, fix settings, and make campaign adjustments. I can even train your team to maximize your CRM themselves (under a separate service agreement). And if you want ongoing support so you’ll have an Infusionsoft expert on your team at all times, I’m available on a retainer basis, too.
