I was helping a client with their business when I discovered the power of Infusionsoft (now known as “Keap”). I became fascinated with learning all about this software and seeing the ways it could automate tedious tasks. After getting certified in Infusionsoft, I realized there was an opportunity to help other businesses set up and optimize their use of this platform.

So in 2015, I enrolled in Infusionsoft University in Arizona at the Infusionsoft HQ to learn hands-on all of the ins and outs of the platform from the gurus themselves. This training was incredible and inspiring. Subsequently, Targeted Automation was launched with the desire to be that go-to Infusionsoft resource for online businesses looking to scale through automation. I’ve been in the entrepreneur’s shoes, working hard to build something from nothing. I know the blood, sweat and tears it takes. My goal is to make your life easier by taking the busy work off your plate so you can focus on big picture strategy and serving your customers.

With many years of hands-on Infusionsoft experience, I can handle everything from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance, training your team, and troubleshooting. I love figuring out how to squeeze every ounce of efficiency out of a system.
